Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Baku and Transfer to Hotel

Airport to Baku hotel – 27 Kms - (App. 40 Min.)

Upon your arrival at Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport, meet our representative, who will escort you to the vehicle and transfer you to the hotel in Baku. Following check-in, spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Baku


Day 2
Guided Half-Day Baku City Tour, Overnight in Baku

After breakfast, be ready as your driver picks you up for a comprehensive sightseeing tour of the capital city. As the tour begins, you will head to Icheri Sheher, the city’s oldest inhabited section. Make a stop here as you walk around and take in some intriguing ancient remnants encompassing this UNESCO-listed historic center, such as palaces, places of worship, and baths. 
You will also visit the timeless Nizami Street, a popular shopping spot. After this, continue your tour to the Highland Parks for the most astonishing city views and then to the iconic Flame Towers and Baku National Boulevard, a scenic seafront promenade. Before you finish your city tour with a hotel drop-off, you will see Fountain Square and enjoy photo ops at Heydar Aliyev Centre. Overnight in Baku.


Day 3
Transfer to Gabala + Guided Full-Day Gabala Tour, Overnight in Gabala

Today, following breakfast, you will join a guided Gabala tour with transfers. It introduces you to Gabala's iconic treasures, enveloped by unrivaled mountainous charm. 
One of the major stops on this tour is Tufandag Mountain Resort, a year-round attraction known for its irresistible winter and summer activities. Thanks to its cable car ride, ski schools, and skiing tracks that are ideal for all abilities and age groups. 
You will next tour Nohur Lake, a stunning, crystal-clear lake that is tucked away amidst lush scenery. The tour comes to an end as you will be dropped off at your hotel or desired location in Gabala.  


Day 4
Transfer to Baku + Guided Absheron Tour, Overnight in Baku

After breakfast, be ready as your driver picks you up Transfer to Baku. 
proceed to Absheron tour Ateshgah tour (Fire Worshippers Temple) Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship.  "Atash» is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex, which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetra pillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries.
Trip to "Fire Mountain "-"Yanardag" -a mountain on Absheron peninsula, 25 km from north of Baku. Literally, word "Yanardag" means "Blazing mountain". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor.  Yanar dag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, which itself is known as the "land of fire. Day 5
Spend the Day at Your Leisure

Today, you will have an entire day to craft your travel program. You can discover the city or the surrounding area at your own pace. It is up to you whether you choose to sample the local gastronomic delights, visit the cultural landmarks, or even venture out of the city on one of these tours. Overnight in Baku.

Day 6
Departure

Today is the departure day. Depending on your flight timing, our representative will come to your doorstep to transfer you to Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport. It promises a hassle-free end to your Baku holiday.

      UAE residents are eligible for visa on arrival, provided their resident permit and passport is valid for at least six months.

      • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.

    Payment Terms
      Payment Policy:

      • Booking amount of AED 2000 per person is required at the time of booking. 
      • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. 

      Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

      • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
      • Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure 
      • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents. 
      • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

      Cancellation Policy:

      • 30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2000
      • 30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 % 
      • 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
      • 5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

    • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
    • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
    • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
    • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
    • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
    • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
    • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
    • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
    • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
    • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
