Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Armenia & Transfer to Tsaghksadzor

Armenia to Tsaghkadzor – 71 Kms - (2 / 2.5 Hrs.)

As you descend over Zvartnots International Airport, our local representative and vehicle will be waiting outside. After the meet and greet, enjoy a comfortable ride to your hotel in Tsaghkadzor. Check in to the hotel and relax in your room, or design your own program for the rest of the day. 

Day 2
Full Day Tour of Tsaghkadzor, Kecharis and Lake Sevan

In the morning, you will set out to admire the unsurpassed allure and the real spirit of the country’s northwestern part on a guided excursion. See the valley of flowers as you first head to Tsaghkadzor, enveloped by the glorious mountainous charm. You will also get to admire Kecharis Monastery, one of the most charmingly preserved examples of Armenian architecture. One of the most fascinating sights awaits you at Lake Sevan, which is fondly acknowledged as the country’s Blue Pearl. At a height of over 1,890 meters, it is one of the world’s largest freshwater lakes. The final stop is at the history-steeped Sevanavank monastery, dating back to the 9th century. The tour ends with a return transfer to your Yerevan hotel. 

Day 3
Half Day Yerevan City Tour with Vernissage Visit

We offer you to start your journey across Armenia with a fascinating sightseeing tour of Yerevan, the heart of Armenia. You are going to enjoy interesting stories of the thousand-year history of the capital along with visits of architectural monuments (such as the Opera House, Cascade Complex, National Assembly Building, Republic Square), as well as vintage central streets of the city (such as Abovyan str., Mashtots ave., Baghramyan ave., Northern ave.). And from the height of the special viewpoint the whole city will open up towards you next to Mother Armenia. We will also explore the important and crushing page of the history of Armenia in Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide. In the end of the tour we will have a free hour in Vernissage.

Day 4
Spend the Day at Your Leisure

With the whole day at your leisure, make the most of this time to discover the city’s gastronomic scene or hidden gems. You can also consider taking a day trip from Yerevan.

Day 5
Departure

Today, check out and meet our representative with a vehicle who will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Zvartnots International Airport, ensuring that you will arrive right in time to catch your departure flight.

    Visa Details
      Some nationalities require visa to enter Armenia. Armenia issues e-visas and the process is simple and seamless. Our team will assist you with your visa formality. 
    Important Information
      • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
      • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
      • All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
      • We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
      • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
      • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

    Booking Policy
      • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
    Payment Terms
      Payment Policy:

      • Booking amount of AED 2050 per person is required at the time of booking.
      • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. 

      Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

        • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
        • Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure 
        • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents. 
        • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

          Cancellation Policy:

          • 30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2050
          • 30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 % 
          • 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
          • 5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

        • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
        • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
        • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
        • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
        • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
        • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
        • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
        • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
        • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
        • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
